In this fast paced vinyasa style yoga class, we focus on linking breath and movement in order to unite the body, mind and spirit. Using intelligent and creative sequences, we move through a range of yoga postures to increase strength, mobility and endurance both physically and mentally. The class gradually builds energy to take you towards peak poses and then brings energy back down for a group meditation and connection to the universe. Join us in this open level class, offering variations and modifications for both beginners and advanced practitioners, to find your body's own balance of effort and ease.

Lunar Vinyasa
Wednesdays 8 PM

Online Only
$8 Per Person
In this lunar practice, we use specific yoga poses and breathing exercises in order to cultivate calm and cooling energy. With this energy, we are able to find ways to quiet the mind and turn inward. As we reach this form of meditation, we are able to relax, reduce stress and release tension. Join us for a gentle yoga flow in order to stretch and release from within.
